Terms of Service

Plain-English version: be kind, don't dox anyone, don't post things that are illegal where you are, and remember Wazzy is anonymous to other users but not anonymous to us — we keep enough information to respond to legal requests when we have to.

1. Who can use Wazzy

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are between 13 and the age of legal majority in your country, you confirm that a parent or guardian has agreed to these terms on your behalf.

2. Your account

You agree to give us truthful information when you sign up — your real name, date of birth, and country of residence. Other users only ever see your anonymous handle (waz-XXXXX). We use the rest to respond to lawful requests, prevent fraud, and verify your age.

Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for anything posted from your account.

3. What you can post

You agree not to post content that:

• Identifies private individuals against their will
• Sexualises minors in any way
• Threatens or incites violence
• Advertises commercial services or scams
• Infringes someone else's copyright
• Breaks the law of the country you're posting from

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these rules. Repeated or severe violations can result in permanent account closure.

4. Anonymity, with limits

Wazzy is anonymous to other users. We do not show your real name or email to anyone else on the platform. However, we are not anonymous to ourselves — we store your account information and can disclose it when required by a valid legal request, or when necessary to prevent imminent harm.

5. WazPoints and tokens

You may earn WazPoints by signing up, by referring friends, and through future activities we add. WazPoints have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may be adjusted or cancelled at our discretion. The token economy described in some parts of the app is in development; nothing in this app constitutes a financial product or investment.

6. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms or if we are required to by law.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we'll bump the version number above and ask you to re-accept the next time you sign in. The date below tells you when the current version came into force.
